A new rental proposition, designed to help solve the challenges of providing decent quality housing that is affordable for people in the UK, built in an environmentally responsible way.
Much of what has been built is mediocre at best in design terms, but more damaging that the proliferation of poorly designed, badly constructed and unsustainable homes has been the steady eradication of culture and social structures in many areas and places. Driven by either ignorance, or a disregard for what came before or what still exists there today, whole neighbourhoods have been wiped out and in their place sit sanitised and soulless new developments.
