We are not interested in becoming yet another lot of consultants drawing resources from developers over a long period of time, for delivering very little. We like to deliver a huge amount of value for people up front, give them all the skills and tools they need to implement the thinking, and then move on to the next project.
This process has been developed over more than a decade of working on some of the most significant evolutions in the property development sector. We begin all of our contracts with a ‘diagnostics phase’, which comprises a short burst of work that allows us to get under the skin of the problem, and to assess collectively if there is an appetite for the types of ideas we would look to develop. This gives both ourselves and the client a chance to see if there’s a good match of skillsets and if so, we progress to the next stage of work: addressing the creative challenges that will have emerged in that process.
